Welcome to the Creekside Inn

The Creekside Inn and Resort is a warm and welcoming Russian River Inn nestled among the redwoods in the Russian River Valley in the heart of Sonoma County. We have a delightful bed and breakfast, an assortment of charming cottages, sunny decks, a pool, picnic areas, affordable rates, a casual attitude. We have a room to suit every taste, and very competitive rates. Reserve your room today.

Isolated in the redwoods, we offer solitude, quiet, beauty and fresh air when you want to get away from it all. However, a short 5-minute walk, across the historic Guerneville Bridge, will put you in downtown Guerneville.  In town, there is a charming old 5 and dime-who wouldn’t have fun here.  Several good cafes and diners are within a short walk.

Within a short drive are hundreds of wineries and restaurants, as well as mountains and rivers.

The Russian River Valley and Sonoma Coast are known to produce some incredible and award winning Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes from which some of the talented wine makers craft fantastic wines. In the same area there are a couple of bakeries with wood-fired ovens, farmers markets, produce stands and cheese factories. After a day of touring wineries, cheese factories, farmers markets and shopping at the bakeries one can return to a cottage at Creekside and put together a wonderful supper. Or if you choose you can dine at restaurants with Michelin stars or if food trucks are more your speed there is a taco truck in the Safeway parking lot which was reviewed in Gourmet Magazine.

To work off some of those calories and take in some great sites there are many parks to hike in near the resort. Several well-known cycling teams train in Sonoma County. Check our site and the binder in the office for more information on routes, including difficulty and length.

There are several options for canoeing and kayaking in the area. One can reserve a canoe and paddle downstream to be picked up by bus and returned to the starting point. If kayaking is more your speed, check with us for options ranging from renting a kayak on the road near the river to naturalist guided tours down the river or in the estuary.

The newest addition to recreation in the area is the Canopy Tours near Occidental. This offers the guest a zip line tour through the redwoods.

We are a family-owned and operated business, in a very special part of the world. We hope you'll come visit us.
