We have several good music venues too. Jerry Knight’s River Theatre and Main Street Pizza to name a few host really good entertainment as does the Rio Nido Road House.

Just last week the garden was alive with blossoms, clematis, tulip trees and plum blossoms.
Recent storms have knocked some of the blossoms down but April 21st is the Apple Blossom Festival in Sebastopol.

If that is not your speed, we have discovered a fabulous winery less than 4 miles from here that provides tastings by appointment only and has some fabulous wines.
We were lucky enough to hear about Porter-Bass Winery from some guests and then made an appointment for a tasting and were delighted to meet the winemaker, Luke Bass, his wife and son. The operation is a multi-generational family run, biodynamic and beautiful.

September 12th and 13th are this years dates for the always wonderful Blues and Jazz Festival
