Our cancellation policy requires you to pay or pledge the equivalent of the fee for a one night stay or 50% of the stay, whichever is greater. Should you need to cancel giving us more than one week notice the charge is a processing fee of $15.00. If you must cancel with less than eight days notice and we are able to re-rent the unit we will only charge $15.00. However, if we are not able to re-rent for the same period of time we collect the equivalent of one nights stay or 50% of the stay as described above.
Our check in time is between 3:00 pm and 6:00 pm. If you need to arrive later please let us know and we will make arrangements with you in advance. Check out time is at 11:00 am. Early check in or later check out may be available with advance arrangement but is subject to a charge of 50% of a one night stay.
